I’m Jai (pronounced Jay), a dedicated loctician passionate about caring for and nurturing as many crowns as possible. If you have any questions that are not already answered below, please text me—no calls, please—as I do not answer while working. When texting, include your name, question, and desired service or appointment time at (313) 482-6842. Texts received after business hours will receive a response on the next business day. Important Information Before Your Appointment 1.Location:•Address: 16000 W 9 Mile Rd Southfield, MI 48075 •No House Calls: I do not offer mobile services. •Upon Arrival:Please proceed directly to my suite. If this is your first visit, kindly call me upon arrival, and I will provide directions to my suite. For returning clients, you may come up as usual. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out. 2.Booking Fee Policy: • A mandatory booking fee is required for all clients. This fee is non-refundable but may be transferred once in the event of a reschedule. The booking fee will be applied toward your total service cost. •No need to text to confirm your appointment—I receive automatic notifications in three different ways when a booking is made. 3.Takedown Policy: •Arriving with a previous style still in your hair will result in a $25 takedown fee. •Styles should be removed after three weeks max to allow your scalp to breathe for 2-3 weeks before booking a new appointment. 4.No Extra Guests or Children: •My private salon suite is designed for a one-on-one experience. •No kids or extra guests—no exceptions. Please do not ask. 5.Accepted Payment Methods: •Cash (Please bring the exact amount) •Debit/Credit Cards (3.5% processing fee applies) •Apple/Google Tap Pay (3.5% processing fee applies) •Apple Pay 6.Service Pricing & Adjustments: •Any service with a (+) next to the price is a starting price. The final cost depends on the condition of your hair at the time of your appointment. •You will be notified of any additional charges before starting your service. 7.Late Arrival Policy: •Time is valuable—both yours and mine. •If you are running late, text to inform me. •You have a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be automatically rescheduled, and you will be charged 100% of your booked services. •If tardiness becomes a habit, you will no longer be allowed to book with me. 8.No-Call No-Show / Same-Day Cancellation / Last-Minute Rescheduling Policy: •No-call, no-shows, same-day cancellations, and last-minute reschedules will be charged 100% of the total booked services. •If you fail to cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services. •Your balance must be paid in full before you can book with me again. This charge does not go toward future services. Health & Safety Policy – No Sick Clients Allowed For the safety of myself and my clients: •PLEASE Do NOT come to your appointment sick or if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to: •Fever •Cough •Sneezing •Runny nose •Sore throat •Body aches •Any flu, cold, or COVID-related symptoms •If you arrive showing signs of any illness, your appointment will be canceled on the spot, and you will be charged 100% of your booked services. •Please be considerate of my health and that of my other clients. If you are feeling unwell, contact me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the schedule appointment
